LED lighting for facades
A category of products that is increasingly being used in cities is led lighting for building facades.
In these cases, the characteristics to be taken into account in lighting for external facades will concern several factors: the colour and the material of the surface to be illuminated, which volumes will be intended to highlight, the distance between the light source and the object to be illuminated, what will be the brightness of the surrounding environment, where are the points of observation and what effect you want to give the whole project.

It will always be necessary to avoid the isolated lighting of a single element of the led facade; in fact, however important, LED facade lighting must always be connected to the other surrounding elements.
It will then be necessary to avoid the so-called ‘halo’ effect by trying to illuminate the subject as accurately as possible, so as to avoid that sort of luminous cloud that is created around the element and that is more visible in the presence of haze.
It will therefore be appropriate to use a grazing lighting that highlights volumes and decorations.
This type of LED lights will allow the installation of small devices with high luminous efficiency easily integrated and concealable in balconies, terraces or cornices.
With the illumination of palaces it can happen in fact that due to an approximate direction, from the bottom to the top, the cone of light can disperse towards the sky going to generate the phenomenon of light pollution.
